Despite this, there was still cause for good cheer. The mainstream propaganda machine is still powerful, but the alternative media is stronger than ever. Never in human history have people been more sceptical about the lies of their ruling classes; never have people been less willing to follow the warcries of their leaders. The anti-authoritarian propagandising of VJM Publishing has had a role to play in this, however small.
